We haven’t seen gas prices like these since…Obama!
According to GasPrices.AAA.com, the national average for a gallon of regular gasoline costs $3.342, up 94 cents from January 2021. New Mexico is paying slightly below the national average, but prices are a dollar higher ($3.280) than this time last year ($2.276).
2021’s national average of $3.01 was the worst year for gas prices since 2014 ($3.36).
